What matters with regard to reverse mergers is not what SSOF's history is -- it is what this Xu guy's history is.

Reverse mergers often end up kicking existing shareholders to the curb. We could start a pool to see whose guess is best. I'll start with a 1:100 reverse split with 100M issued to the new owners...

Now, maybe I'm right and maybe I'm wrong. But caveat emptor.
