That's my pattern, too. I think it started back in my programming days. I would often wake up around 2 am with lines of code running through my head. Back then, there was no such thing as working remotely. I'd drive into the office and bang out lines of code for hours. The time in the quiet was remarkably productive.

By the time everyone else arrived, I was ready for my second sleep..... which I didn't get... lol
