They also have an anti-CD19/BCMA CAR-NK cell therapy in development as well. Data has been shared from an ITT in relapsed/refractory systemic lupus erythematosus in children. The trial has completed enrolment and eleven were treated, including five with severe lupus nephritis, and all had (significantly) improved SLEDAI-2K and PGA scores, decreased or maintained stable proteinuria levels, and decreased autoantibody titres. During treatment, only two patients developed Grade 1 or 2 CRS, and no other SAEs related to treatment were observed.
