My thoughts are if some entity took over this seemingly dead ticker there has got to be for a reason or reasons such as

Do a reverse merger arrangements

Re brand and launch a new business

Keep the same company profile if an actual entity that is already in this field and looking for a step in the US market

Time will surely narrow those down
