Technically, all it takes is submitting the 2025 financials to date, an attorney letter verifying, a transfer agent validating the share count, and it'd be pink limited or even OTCID within a week.
JB really appears to have given up considering how easy it is to do what's listed. Hopefully there is a reason and not just defunct ghost from now on.
