Scam company. GBT doesn't own VWAV, that 10Q is carefully written (ie - "at closing"), but fraudulent. Read all of this, where they contributed all that stock to the Joint Venture on September 3:

Contributions:i. Tokenize: RESTRICTED 897,102 shares of VisionWave common stock and an intellectual property portfolio comprising 12 granted U.S. and international patents in semiconductors, photonics, and AI, with a draft independent valuation of approximately $300 million. ii. GBT: RESTRICTED 2,020,500 shares of VisionWave common stock.iii. VisionWave: Its proprietary Evolved Intelligence™ (EI™) portfolio, including, RF-to-image sensing, multi-modal fusion, and multi-domain autonomy capabilities. iv. AIPHEX: Israeli-developed Neuromorphic 4D Radar and Multi-Physics AI, together with a confidential set of defense projects.

It is gone, and the proceeds when that stock gets sold go into the mysterious JV and into the pockets of its participants.

This is a scam company, pure and simple. They were obligated to issue an 8K for a very material event when they gifted that stock to the JV on September 3, but they didn't. They were also obligated to mention it in this 10Q, but they didn't, choosing instead to show the stock they no longer hold in the narrative and not uttering a word about the JV anywhere, but showing it gone on their balance sheet. This company is ripe for SEC suspension.
