i have lots of questions on ackman's. does he really know what admin wants to do? or is he proposing on his own? has he been asked to bounce the proposal on behalf of admin and take us to a ride? he has over 200 million shares, so every $10 increase in pps is 2 billion in his pocket and guess what it would be for him if this goes to $400/share? what i am grappling with : a little increase in pps is a lot of money for him and more than enough but not for me and you. will he really advocate for retail? lower cap rate? ercf issue? haven't seen him speak on these. refund of 30 billion that was overpaid? will he really go along giving up 4/5th of 8 trillion companies for $80,000? will he seek justice for what has happened over last 18 years and fight to get the loot back? so i fear if he is going to advocate for exercise of warrants etc etc. and take us all to toilet? remember he shorted in 2008 and then bought them after net worth sweep, some can call him smart but i simply cannot trust him. how come none of the ib banks know anything and he does?
