Your reading comprehension needs work. The disclosure statement is considered late after 11:59pm EST Friday Nov 14th. The late notice is due by 4:00pm the next business day which is today. The late notice does not make it not late. It's STILL late. the notice gives the 5 more Calander days to upload the disclosure statement.
My point about 10:30 was that neither was siting in a queue waiting to be processed.
By the way the late notice just posted. The disclosure statement is due by 11:59pm the 19th.
