Geeezz man... Why don't you check this stuff out first??? Or is it intentional to mislead?? There are no business hours for uploading disclosure to OTCMarkets. It's done by computer. I've seen disclosure statements show up on Saturdays, Sundays and even holidays and also in the middle of the night.
