If I thought of that scenario I wouldn't be in this stock at all. Why to continue to fund it and keep it current and why not just file a form 10 and keep your cost down and go "Alternative Reporting". Merger will happen, we just don't know if they are going to buy time with the merger, until they are officially closer to the actual revenues. They will not pair the FID and the merger during the FID, however they might put an 8k prior to the FID and make official announcement during the FID, or make the FID and say nothing during the FID and an 8K a few days after the FID, this way when people give up hope thinking there won't be a merger for a while or ever and panic selling ensues. That is why it is so important to not set dates of when you expect them or how you expect them, these kind of things happen when you least expect them, not when you want them to happen or how you want to happen.
