Why does it matter if they found out in 5 minutes by searching for filings. As long as they did before they entered the deal is what matters. I am not sure on that.

What is concerning is the plaintiff is seeking foreclosure on the lien it has on the property. It appears to be the same property Hiru has acquired. I hope I am wrong though.

A lien foreclosure action, even for a relatively small amount like $90,000, is a significant risk for Hiru's investment because it threatens the very assets that are essential for Falcon Caddo's future operations and production goals.

I will be looking for a quick lien settlement in this case to have the lien removed. The 5,000 barrels a day is not viable IMHO opinion until it's removed.

Now if Hiru needs to settle to have this lien removed then it's not really a debt free investment as advertised. I am just going in what I see. Maybe there are other explanations & I remain open minded.
