Doesnt even make sense...... this is a new controversy via dumb Pulte. That analyst is an idiot.. FMCC issue is a Pulte issue, hes an idiot. Of course they can compete because they have been since 1970. Why is the coverage on the GSEs so bad.... also the FNMA maybe going public while FMCC does not comment is a dumb statement as well, as that would defeat the whole purpose of having two competitors... making one public would break the competition and clearly put one in a better standing...
