So is this the time you tell us there is a a buyout, or is this going to be merger and we have a stake in the new formations. If a buyout will we be able to participate in the future company we invested because we beleive in the pipeline you all have developed. It just appears to all the investors that you have been zing and zanging us this entire time on the expert market. I know it takes time to put the deals ect.. together but you have told me news was coming since July and havent followed thru , You could have atleast put something out to all the SH so they felt that you valued them and shared something with them during this time frame. Now we see RSPI is revoked still nothing from you officially , how would you feel if this was reversed and you were the shareholder and you were not getting any official updates? RSPI always stayed current that was a green flag for us , but then you weren't . then EM and nothing and then official silence for almost 18 months, yes you gave us 1 update and then back to silence. Even the updates you told me did not happen. We are hoping you pull the rabbit out of the hat but we also want to be a part of the whole show long term, is that going to happen for us without investing in a new company?
Now that this is a private company , I would like to schedule a time to review the books and talk about my investment in this private company the plan and direction this company is seeing as the pathway to success
