There's a trial date set as of today. I had to call the court house today to get the case number as I could not bring it up by the parties name.
I noticed Hiru did not change the language/ description in their financial filing of the bank case when they know it's completely wrong. They admitted it in court filings saying the previous administration wrote it wrong on purpose.
