In-fact I have been in real estate long enough to know 50 year term is a huge mistake, my father was a real estate investor here in the States, I got into real estate sales in 1986, real estate finance early mid 90's, real estate appraiser early 2000's till now. 50 year term is holding you hostage in favor of the banks, it just doesn't make sense, but that is ok, you think yogurt is black and I think its white. We can never be on the same page, you idolize Trump while I think he is a lying in chief clown, that can't make up his mind about the Tariffs, just likes to bloviate about certain things that he has no knowledge about.
