Not only that....but did you catch that 17th date....the freaking 17th....MONDAY next week....was REALLY when they were supposedly wrapping up "Escrow"...that's the bullshit date they were feeding Poppy...and yes....you could hear the air let out of the MOORE CLAN attorney like popping a fat tire when he sorta laments....yeah...the 17th...you know...Monday in a few days....NOT gonna happen ya honor......LMAO !!!

AND....the judge reviewed that TOTAL BULLSHIT original "valuation" given by the MOORE CRIME CLAN....the one that is well over $1 MILLION over the market price....and still $700K or whatever above the price is at now ($2,850,000) GOING NOWHERE FAST.....

The damn building is "worth" at market....more like $2.3 MILLION max....the damn CRIME CLAN pumped it up to $3.5 MIL and now have it at $2.85 mil and it still ain't sold...over a year on the market...judge can smell the stink on it....!!!

Ya ask me...I doubt the POS is even in a real escrow....the MOORE CLAN beat-down attorney....he mumbled and Poppy said....now they're telling us some vague crap about ADA compliance is the hold-up.....

Poppy knows they're being bullshitted and the judge....he's got the number of the MOORE CLAN...he can see they're dragging this....slow dragging it....

Poppy was crystal clear....NO MATTER WHAT YOU "AGREE TO" with these jack asses be it emails or calls or whatever...no matter "WTF THE MOORE CLAN SAYS"....time passes....then more time passes...then...NOTHING "agreed" to actually gets done "as agreed" ....

And THEN....after more time passes and we the bank DO NOT get paid etc....they move the damn goal posts again....and then again...and again.....and then start telling us new bullshit stories...wash...rinse....repeat....we've had ENOUGH already.....

Poppy is likely even going to COME UP SHORT...but getting your $coin out....80% or 90% of it ...is 1000X better than NOTHING and no payments being made etc...THEN....they can still sue the MOORE CRIME CLAN and INNERSCOPE or whatever to try and recover anything short of full repayment.....upon liquidation sale of that HQ heap.....
