The Company has refocused its business to that of primarily Lithium and Uranium Exploration Interests in NV. Collectively referred to our "Silverpeak" area (totaling some 1,300 acres). These are operated through our USA Lithium Holdings Corporation. We have interests in Rare Earth Minerals Exploration in New Mexico; Gallinas Mountains, All American, Sky High, Rare Metals "American" ,Iron Lamp and M&E Pride. The Gallinas property presently consists of six (6) unpatented lode mining claims. Boneekay Claims (Cibola County) The Boneekay property presently consists of two (2) unpatented lode mining claims. The Company has an Option Agreement with Placer Petroleum Co., LLC to acquire the option to purchase the working interests and royalties in eight Wells located in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma.
