My interpretation.....Meeting with EXIM next week. EXIM is basically locked for 2026. Might be slower than we all like because well its the government. Offtakes are basically down to many individual producers or some entity that wants basically everything (mega offtake). That 3 year construction timeline (fully financed)can be shortened because construction has essentially already started.
