I think Kumar probably received the other $137,644 listed as consultant fees. 24/7(Karoulus) probably got the rest. Here's an exert from their disclosures, note the last sentence and also the timing of the delivery of the shares(July 2025):

247market news expects to receive compensation for ongoing coverage of Kraig Labs, which could be up to twenty-five thousand dollars per month from Karolus whom has been contracted directly from the company and received restricted shares and cash as part of that contractual agreement. Karolus has been contracted for services multiple times over the years and has sold its previously contracted restricted shares. Karolus will not be trading in the market for the next six months or until June 2025.
