We will know for sure at the symposium if Texas will be built.
The question will be asked and answered. There seem to be conflicting versions of Andy's comments.

Right now, Andy has said that a strong balance sheet is the most immediate goal. No one will spend millions for products from a company that won't be around in a year.

Spending even 20% on a hydrogen plant when you can simply buy the hydrogen is better for the balance sheet.

Therefore, I don't see Texas getting built any time soon.
