Lots of positive signs which show confidence, and remember the explanation for the recent large capital raises was to expedite and move the project forward, i.e. prepare to start construction, etc. The recent hiring of the new construction manager is another positive indication that they are ramping things up, IMO. Not to mention the new in-house General Counsel, etc.

They must be confident good things are in process.
