That Said, you have No Clue about Corporate Veil, SPE/SPV/Off Balance Sheet Entities, "Arms Reach Affiliates", LLCs, JVs, REIT Partnerships LLC, Hedge Fund Investments etc. and :"Chinese Wall" within 'Intra-Company Entities" within a Holding Company etc. and How "Corporate Veil" works in "Bank Holding Companies"...Even in a "Normal Operating Concern" Scenario, Let Alone in a "Chapter 11 BK" Scenario...

I don't want to go On-And-On "Circular" Arguments with you regarding this topic as it will go Nowhere!
