While I am sure some folks probably won't like what I am about to say, please absorb it before reacting.
I have suspended Bix before for posting garbage and acting like a moron. I just read the last 50+ posts, just to make sure I know what I am talking about.
I'm sure some of you guys find Bix annoying. Some people find me annoying. Big deal. If someone bothers you, then don't read it. It's clear I need an ignore feature. I will put that in the hopper, tonight.
But in regards to the latest posts by Bix, I don't have any problems with them. They are all focused on, what seems to be, what CBQI is in -- computers and importing them from China (I could be wrong -- let me know if CBQI doesn't do this) I haven't seen any pokes at other people from him. He has consistently stayed focused on the key discussion here - importing/exporting computers from China. But in return for this, all I see is people firing right back at him, using words such as "egg in the face", insulting his intelligence, and a slough of other things, all the while, he is still focused on the discussion of computers and China.
I can't recall who wrote it, but someone said that .. "A VC can't buy computers." I am not quite certain I understand that or the logic behind it. Why wouldn't/couldn't a VC buy computers? VCs often do significant research on the companies they fund as well as help their portfolio of companies. It's irrelevant to my point whether he did it or not. If he did and he said he did, he might have. Who's to believe? Gary's proof or Bix's proof? It's up the reader. Neither of them should be deleted. Maybe do a verification yourself (the reader)
Now, could he be wrong? Sure. We all have points of view. That doesn't make them a thread disruption or offtopic, though, unless they have nothing to do with the topic at hand or are laced with personal attacks. Some of us are right, some of us are wrong. That's what a discussion is for. Are some people willing to learn -- yes and no. That doesn't make them idiots or bad, though. Have a motive? Yes, we all do. Which is worse?
My point being, the latest 50 posts, Bix has tried very hard to stay on topic. If you don't like what the guy says, DON'T RESPOND. Or soon enough you'll be able to ignore him. But it's hard for me to do something against him, when he seems to be playing by the rules now, and everybody else is taking pot shots at him.
Again, please absorb this before reacting. I'm sure some won't like it, but I have to be fair across the board.

BTW, if I am *totally* missing something..and I might be..please respond to me privately and help point it out. As well, note I said I will get an Ignore soon enough.
