Ordinarily, I'd say that was a fat-fingered trade but at $.000001 that doesn't make sense. What else doesn't make sense is that it amounts to just $.055, so not something that needs much consideration going forward. Call it a glitch or an anomaly, but nothing more, imo.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
