Poppy Bank...it ain't CITI or JP Morgan....they're a small-time regional bank....carrying dead beat loans like this MOORE CRIME CLAN SHIT....is how these smaller banks get BK or insolvent themselves......they can't eat these bad loans and get bailed out like the big boys.....
Poppy..smaller regional and local banks...they live and die by these smaller "local market" loans like real estate in markets they know well....car loans...home equity lines etc....it's their bread and butter...
Only takes a tiny percentage of a loan portfolio to start going belly up and small banks can get in dire trouble on the fast track....it's not a game to them....they need that money back to re-loan to high quality customers and get back the interest they're owed.....
They have ratios and things THE FED regulates and will cut their money supply off IF their books start to look like shit and exceed risk numbers from continuing to hold bad loans etc. They rely on FED overnight fund rates and lines of money etc to live and die....all banks do....!!
