Valuation
I see where earnings - earnings growth etc. allows a TOTAL valuation of a company - be it 500B or 800B or whatever
How does the GOV show - and gain the benefit of valuation by share --- WHAT THE IPO PRICE should be - without telling all of us what % of the eventual total shares the IPO/SPO is -- and if the new shares are equal to or 2X or the current shares we own ?
PPS requires information for buyers to buy
