PRTH

Sold PRTH at $6.03 this morning. Although it does drive the stock up I feel the CEO and group is trying to get the company on the cheap and Im being nice when i say that. they own 58% so if they want to do it, at that absurd price do shareholders have any say. I don't think they do. Hence I decided to sell in the range. I think the stock is worth much more but admittingly that is the risk when there is an insider that owns over 50% in my opinion. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
