Your goal for 2026 is 5 million will that come from apprasing or investing?
Are you an MAI I did have an MAI course which diid allow me to sell a property
which had lingured on the MLS as no ne knew how to evaluate it properly. But Appraising
was not for me to dry and boring not as exceitings as syndication. Yet the skills from the first cousre of
MAI did aide in future decisions. I suspect you are still a young person and deeply involved
in daily working your profession.
