NOMD (Updated Views after earnings)

A European Food Company

NOMD said they will come in near the low end of the range, which at first glance doesn't seem so exciting ($1.64-1.76 range), keep in mind that is in euros, hence earnings will be more like $1.90 in USD this year. I expect a year of growth in 2026 in fact based on what I heard they expect some growth in 2026. NOMD generates impressive cash flows, and they said they plan with prices down here to be aggressive with their share buyback, a food company trading at like 6 times this year earnings is unheard of, hence I don't blame them being aggressive with the buyback at these levels which will be very accretive to the bottom line if they are aggressive with the buyback. In the meantime you get paid while you wait currently the yield is around 5.65% which is a plus. I continue to strong believe NOMD should trade at least in the high teens to possibly the lows 20's which makes about $12 right now very cheap with a buyback happening, and a good quality dividend, as the company spins off tons of cash flows, makes this stock very attractive. I will continue to add more on weakness. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.

---All above is just my humble opinion.
And I could always be wrong.
And as always do your own DD.---
