In the filings it shows shareholders and lists Meihua (Robert) Xu, so, I searched for him with the ROBERT and found he was involved with $ZMRK and a reverse merger back in October 2019. It had a nice spike but died a slow painful death.
Also of note in the filings is that Kenneth Bland still holds 50M restricted shares. He was notoriously involved in some of the previous hoaxes in the stock. He alone is reason enough to fear what the future may hold for this company and their past disastrous mergers/acquisitions.
