The situation with Nvidia chips and U.S. restrictions shows how Americans believe China needs their chips “like air to breathe.” However, at a time when global power is being redistributed and new centers of power are emerging while America loses absolute dominance, there is no way China will back down. China is simply waiting for the right moment, exercising patience, and Chinese leaders trust neither Trump nor the U.S.

Due to increasing oversight and industrial espionage, everyone is cautious. This was similar during the coronavirus pandemic: nobody wanted someone else’s vaccine. The Russians developed their own, the Chinese developed theirs, and Americans forced their allies to use theirs. In short, nobody trusts anyone, and it’s all a show.

This will become apparent soon when the entire financial system starts collapsing. Then the “dirt” will come to the surface, but for many investors, it will already be too late, as they got lost in overvaluing stock prices. While they work for a few thousand dollars, they treat a 5 trillion market as if it were 500 million. This is clear evidence that rationality has abandoned many.
