The that time, I was around 4.3% owner in AWGI. (It no longer exists). Fidelity sent me paperwork to make me aware that I may need to file if I buy more and send info to my accountant. It read like a warning if I recall correctly. It's been about 10 years. I stopped buying and sold them later on. Nothing further happened. But it was a wake up call to pay attention on what I'm doing. Hope that makes sense. Form 4 puts restrictions on how many shares you can sell and when. So it was not worthwhile to me to risk going forward.
