Correct. After 17 years we have discussion of a loan which was never ever the case for the F&F "bailout"/deceivership. The documentation is clear, and easily available, every court case I believe outlined the stipulations and here we are, arguing loan vs SPS. "Variable" is an apt term for taking all net worth, quarter by quarter above a set operational level. Of course the quarterly gains which become dividends are variable.
