My understanding is that the CEO has potential stock awards if the stock gets to $25, $35, and $45 by next summer, believe June 2026. Some type of bonuses, either paid in cash or stock or stock warrants, not sure which payment. Obviously, the stock has already hit $25. He may have already collected on that first level. Appear that his awards are on a graduated scale. I may not have the exact stock price or exact time period, but you get the idea. Having said this, I would expect over the next eight months to see an upward trend thru next summer. Obviously, this could get sidetracked with a huge market downturn, continuous war in Ukraine and Palestine or something worst. Needless to say, the next 8-9 months should be interesting. I am long 3400 shares.
