I don't disagree. Nasrat doesnt PR what he discloses in a conference call. He has been pretty consistent with an absolute minimalist approach to PRs. It's really frustrating.  
Thought it was interesting how Takeda sent out a PR on a 0.7% lower sales expectations vs forecast. This is to give a nod to analysts that cover the stock and to prevent surprises. No analysts cover us today and won't unless we get off the OTC. I'm not sure whether Nasrat either doesnt understand the Wall Street game or simply doesn't care at this point. It can be very frustrating for shareholders with the lack of information. The Feb to June time period is the worst. 
I'm of many mixed feelings. Hands down, no argument, Nasrst has executed well the last couple of years after several tough fumbles. The lack of information is disconcerting as is the Mikah ownership non-arms length situation. I would really like to see that cleaned up. I want to give Nasrat the benefit of the doubt, but by only having quarterly updates and slow progress on R&D is no doubt a challenge. 
I feel confident where my investment is, but only because my tolerance level has been tested through the refiner's fire.
