This Nasdaq bank isn't going to give a shit about GRLT investors. And I'm surprised Johnney even entertained including GRLT in it. GRLT has NOTHING to offer them except liabilities of the worst kind. I'm wondering if Johnney misunderstood what they were saying. I could see them having an interest in Primior, but not GRLT...
By the way... I don't think the merger with GRLT is a done deal yet. It likely needs to be processed by FINRA. And if there are issues Johnney doesn't want to deal with, or can't, he's going to bail. Could even be a lawsuit. I'm sure Greg wasn't completely forthcoming with all the issues with GRLT.
