Water under the bridge sure but...

I agree with the notion that Mark didn't have any other options. The original shelf offering from November 2021 was never tapped despite what Mark called "robust institutional interest". SPAC mergers weren't fairing well in general when Mark announced his. Mark has a lot to be thankful for this thanksgiving!
