Do you think they convert the SPS before or after the Warrants are executed?
I feel current Commons end up with less than 5% of the companies after everything is said and done.
That likely puts Commons in the $4-6 range. But I think they will have solid upside from that level over the long term.
I'm not clear on if JPS get their dividends turned on or if they Convert to Commons at the SPO/re-IPO price. I imagine we'll learn more once the ibanks get announced.
Watch out for that Common Dilution Hurricane on the horizon.
