Another point to be made is holding off on any talk about acquisitions being made when their sp sits in the toilet. Work with what you have going forward and see how it plays out. They can always take on any acquisitions later on. Otherwise if they go the route making an acquistion and not cleaning up their finances before hand I can almost guarantee you some bad decision making will take place. And that will be overpaying for a company that has little to no revenue stream. I've seen it 1st hand when I was in another so called holding company. They did it just so they could say see we're doing something to make our company grow. Unfortunately it turned to shit
