Actually Joe, both you and Profit are correct here.

Until we get confirmation of it, that uncertainty keeps the price where it is. Once the ATS is in place, it changes everything. It proves to high-net-worth investors that they can put serious money into this and still have a clear exit strategy, so that they can get their capital back out.

In the land of OTC, the novice is looking for the holy grail with no idea which cup to pick up and drink from. However they will put their money down without doing the real leg work to make sound investment choices in hopes of a quick flip off of a pump and dump stock.

Profit is correct that John has yet to announce the "final" piece to this puzzle if this stock is to become a REAL investment and not just another OTC with 4B in shares.

I myself have taken the time to review Gaia's white pages and have learned that John has clearly identified the pros and cons and understands the final item (ATS) needed here. Personally, I don't see the launch as nothing more than one more step that will be a much-needed event that shows the company is moving forward in order to complete the ATS. I also have reason to believe final piece will likely happen once John can show the beta test results. As I've stated before, there are a LOT of moving parts here.
