Hello just checking in and seeing if you can give any updates , and how is the filings coming along , are they done and just need auditing and lawyer letters for the two years . Is the plan you laid out for the SEC looking like this might be trading by Feb 2026. Is there any plan on giving the shareholders and offical update, we have been waiting months now since you said one was coming.


Several individual press releases and a combined/consolidated press release also in the works. SEC is in limbo primarily at this point due to government shutdown, but a plan is in place of which part needs to be approved by the SEC and if approved by the SEC will be executed.

For now I guess we are in that wait and see mode for us SH as usual. Have a great night GLTA
