CENTENNIAL, Colo. (October 29, 2025) – NioCorp Developments Ltd. (“NioCorp” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:NB), a leading U.S. critical minerals developer, today announced plans to host two Town Hall meetings on Friday, December 5, 2025, to provide the public with updates on the Elk Creek Critical Minerals Project (the “Elk Creek Project”) and answer questions from local residents.

Both events will be held at the Elk Creek Community Center, located at 350 Elk Street, Elk Creek, Nebraska 68348. The meetings will include a project update, a question-and-answer session with NioCorp executives, and a complimentary meal for all attendees.

Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen will attend the first Town Hall session at 12:00 p.m. CT.

Town Hall Overview: Friday, December 5, 2025

NioCorp is hosting two Town Hall meetings in order to accommodate high expected demand and to stay within the size limits of the Elk Creek Community Center. Each event will feature the same presentation and question-and-answer opportunities. Advanced reservations are required. Due to space limitations, participant reservations will be limited to a single event.
* Lunch Town Hall (with Governor Jim Pillen): Doors will open at 11:45 a.m. CT; event begins at 12:00 p.m. CT
* Dinner Town Hall: Doors will open at 4:45 p.m. CT; event begins at 5:00 p.m. CT
