At the meeting held on September 30, the ERE Board, after reviewing the administered materials and the discussions conducted in accordance with the legal framework in force, made the following decisions:

Approval
of several changes to the ERE Board’s licensing decisions for the entities “MP-HEC” shpk, “ELVA 2001” shpk, “ERA HYDRO” shpk, “GEGA-G” shpk, “DERBI-E” shpk, “KALISI HYDROPOWER” shpk, “IDI 2005” shpk, “ERDY ENERGY” shpk, “GREENTECH ENERGY SYSTEMS” shpk, “AGETA” shpk, “ARIS ALBANIA” shpk, “REI - ENERGJ” shpk, “GERTI” shpk, “VOKOPOLA ENERGJI” shpk, “EGNATIA HYDROPOWER” shpk, “RTS” shpk, “NTSP” shpk, “KORÇA PHOTOVOLTAIC PARK” shpk, “TREN SUN SYSTEM” shpk, “SUN BEAT SYSTEM” shpk, “GREEN ENERGY BILISHT” shpk and “TIRANA ENERGJI” shpk, which carry out the activity of electricity production, by removing the conditions related to the documentation proving ownership of the area where the project is implemented (purchase contract, lease contract, donation act, permanent lease contract, etc.) after verifying their validity during the licensing process. The removal of these conditions comes as a result of the fulfillment of the obligations set by the ERE Board for the entities licensed for electricity production.

Approval
of the results of the fulfillment of the conditions set for the licenses of the entities “SPV BLUE ENERGY” shpk and “SPV BLUE ENERGY 2” shpk for carrying out the activity of electricity production.
