The Origin of the Gold Myth.
Guerrero Only Ever Existed on Paper.

Before the tokens, before rGO, before Bonanza, before La Paz, AABB built its empire of words around one story: Guerrero.
The 2019 filings are where that fantasy starts and where it already falls apart.

Section A: The Paper Trail

2019 Annual Disclosure pages 10–13.
No bullion held.
No refinery relationship or production revenue.
Only Exploration and Evaluation Assets totaling about $179K, listed as mineral property acquisition costs.
No concession names, no surface-area data, no mention of Guerrero.

Section B: The Sleight of Hand

2020 Annual Disclosure pages 11–12 repeats the same language: exploration-stage company, no proven or probable reserves.
By January 2021 AABB suddenly claims to have sold an $82M Guerrero Gold Belt mine.
There is still no bridge from 2019–2020 exploration entries to a producing operation and no new asset-acquisition line to justify the jump.

Section C: The Token Bridge

March 2021 press release announces the AABBG token backed by 30 million dollars in physical gold bullion.
That number matches the 2021 Annual Disclosure page 12 entry Gold Bullion $30M.
Later filings re-label it as digital assets or token inventory.
The gold backing moved from earth to balance sheet without ever existing.

Auditor Note

In February 2021, AABB announced hiring Turner Stone and Company to complete an uplist audit.
Four years later, no audit report verifying bullion, mine assets, or token reserves has been released.
The absence of any confirmation from the company’s own auditor reinforces that the gold exists only on paper.

Summary:

Every myth needs an origin.
This one began with Guerrero, a property that never produced, never audited, and never delivered.
Everything after 2019 is just newer paint on the same ghost.
