Enjoy your life. This investment is not for daily monitoring and IMO will take between 12-24months more for the final result to materialize and for any ongoing legal disputes to be resolved. LBHI’s BK exit is delayed mainly by unresolved litigation over swap payment priorities, ipso facto clause enforceability ( ie..LBSF), and related appeals in various courts. The resolution timeline remains uncertain, unless an urgent matter arises that accelerates the solution in the interest of the creditors.
One day we will wake up to find it trading at $10-15 per share or at zero... Till then.
