Now that I understand the depth of the projects held by Primior, I can also tell you that a company that manages these types of assets under the type of structure they have been created under not only requires a great deal of accounting and audit review, it also has a large (outside) legal team. Add in the fact the type of projects they are developing, they are likely paying north of $600-$800 per hour for their attorneys. Yes, that plural!
Again, focus on the "current" team. If GRLT was a scam with the level of fraud you are claiming, counsel would have identified it and likely advise Johnny to have nothing to do with him. At best, they would have purchased the company and not hire the present CFO.
Based on what I've seen so far, your "serial" scam looks more like disgruntled investors. If this company had run a fraud as I believe you posted here, any attorney would have advised his client to NOT take it over IMHO.
