During the covid era the otc and cheap monies fueled the sector. Everything went parabolic, legit, illegitimate, and trash. These are not those days or times.
Given the clear track record here, Financials, and current market cap, to zeros is where it belongs. And I'm being nice in saying that.
Companies that have any real revenue and value would be best off on doing an ipo or new issue. The hair on this is not worth the stigma of merging. Via one could possibly do something here but given the need to provide full audited transparency, I doubt that'll happen. What took place here is indicative of larger skeletons in the closet. Tying up capital on a bunch or whim doesn't fit within my operation. If and when trips ever come, I'll possibly consider it as a token pay. Nothing more.
