I don't have a WAPO subscription to read, but the mechanism (if real) is likely the generalized immune boosting w mRNA vaccines (the RNA can do directly but the LNP also acts as an adjuvant). so not surprising to see this in "hot" cancers (again if the effect is real in future studies)
