This move secures exclusive rights to license, distribute, and manufacture (as applicable) these products and their derivatives across North and South America. It’s a transformative step that strengthens our portfolio without shareholder dilution—thanks to strategic assignment from GS Capital Blends LLC under our amended agreement.
Breakthrough Chemistry (BC) continues to own the original IPs for AF21 and AF31 base blends, ensuring continuity and innovation as we rejuvenate the product lines for modern fire-safety applications.
