Happy to receive a buyout, but both the details of the settlement and the amount of the buyout were disappointing to me.  I think AVDL was on its way to $1 billion in annual revenue.  Had they gone it alone, they would be able to fetch at least a $6 billion market cap.  Regardless, now shareholders don't have to worry about the uncertainty of soft sales or anything else, but I was definitely hoping for a better final sale price, as I had expected for a couple of years now that they would be acquired.
